- The secret to BEST EVER mashed potatoes is the use a food mill to “rice” the potatoes.
- Heat your milk (or heavy cream) and butter before adding them to your riced potatoes.
- Gently fold in the liquid rather than stirring furiously. This will give you the smoothest, creamiest, but also lightest mashed potatoes you have ever tasted!
