Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 3 onions, chunks
- olive oil
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 2 TBS garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Wash 8 potatoes and cut into chucks.
- Combine in a large bowl with onions, olive oil, dry onion soup mix, garlic powder salt and pepper.
- Spread on a large pan.
- Bake at 375 till potatoes tender, approx 35-45 minutes.
- Cover top with shredded Cheddar cheese and put back in oven till melted just a minute or two.
